Crazyy🔥
Brilliant!
Hey Elon Musk! Give this kid a laptop! (And StarLink while you’re at it!!) 🙂
Don’t expect anything from Musk. He’s for the most part got his self-serving and business interest in mind. 😉
give him chess books instead of a PC you idiot
Magnus Carlsen, the Philipphines edition. I wish you and your family the best!
what about wesley so?
so why not say this kid is the wesley so 2.0 or something?
may he take his family out of poverty
He owns a laptop, the family runs a small store. So, his family is not impoverish. However, if you mean he could improve their lots in life through his talent, only time and opportunities will tell. Wish him the best.
@Joselito Marcos a small store is a sari-sari store that’s a very very small supermarket
This boy is better than a thousand fatwa issuing patriarchal maulanas and clerics. Let’s pick up pen instead of guns! Let’s empower ourselves and our sisters!
Philippine government must help him give him scholarship & grand to pay for his chess training, laptop WiFi & internet connection. Shame & sad. Best wishes Al Bershe.Butto.
Best wishes
Too bad our government sucks, they dont support sports that much
His father is proud of his son.
I hope success and fortune for this young boy.

Thanks for this video , it really helps 100 I will also say this here , although the year has been bad for everyone due to the pandemic when it comes to trading and making money online . However , the cryptocurrency market has been generally bullish of lately mostly as bitcoin is much profitable at the moment when it comes to day trading For me i have been trading with strategy / signals provided by a pro trader known as Daniel Wright whose guidance has done me good so far . During my first month of trading with his signals , I was able to accumulate and grow my bitcoin from 1.1btc to 6.3btc which you will agree is a very good profit . I will advice anyone who is willing to grow a very strong portfolio to make use of Daniel’s daily signals . He can be reach via Wh..ats … app : +1786 …. 527 …. 2947 and Te … le … gram @ Danielwrightfx for inquiries into profitable trade
Ma shaa Allah proud to be maranao
Al Jazeerah, (0.59) it is unfair for you to say that our Filipino Muslim brothers are discriminated as a minority in the Philippines. Contrary to what you said, they are respected and appreciated in the Philippines. As a country, we celebrate several important Muslim events. Our country was wounded in the past due to colonial policies and repressions but we are now healing as one country. So please, correct your statements and outlook on the Philippines. God bless the Philippines.
George Bearneza These people always cry! No wonder Islam is in crisis!
what did you expect? this is al jazeerah we’re talking about.. bias little shits
I’m glad you spoke out against this comment the editorial made. I believe al-Jazeera made a strange attempt at virtue signaling and didn’t add to, or in some way make this boy’s prodigal talents more special. That he is pious, kind, and a hard worker is certainly excellent, but attempting to portray him as oppressed felt incredibly disingenuous.
Always Credited in the republic of the Philippines not only in the muslim.
Grandmaster in the Making
The human race is getting smarter. A new Philippine sensation.
Hopefully Philippines will not lose him, like Wesley So.
Wesley so won against Magnus in champions final…
@Anand prakash exactly. Wesley So was a waste, now he represents U.S now. I hope the Philippine government will not make the same mistake for this kid.
he will unfortunately. everything about the Phils is disappointing including the sports commission
Migs M. Yeah theres a lot of funding towards basketball despite filipinos showing they are world class in other sports such as chess and combat sports.
I want to migrate in us
Soon. Phi chess fed. Sucks.
Haha. I hope he migrate to us.
Wow congrats 👏 al basher I think this from marawi City he maranao tribe masha allah congrats 🎉.

Chess masters are scary
But chess prodigies is much scary
Sana hindi mapabayaan tulad ni Wesley so na ngayon Tuloy nag lalaro para sa US imbes na para sa pinas
May he succeed in his chess life with our God’s blessing!

‘Ali used to say that chess is the maisir of the foreigners.
Ibn Shihab told that Abu Musa al-Ash‘ari used to say that only a sinner plays chess.
He told that when asked about playing chess he replied that it pertains to what is worthless and that God does not like what is worthless.
Baihaqi transmitted the four traditions in Shu’ab al-iman.

Is it Haram?
Hope our Chess gods/ or assns, will help these kid, not the way GM Wesley So,who got frustrated when sports and politics mix.
Good story but as always the reporter mentioned unnecessary content 😅
Gagaling pa lalo ang bata dahil sa suporta ng mga magulang, God bless you kid!
1:41 you forgot to add “cloud” kid
I hope the Philippine government pays for this dude’s training expenses. I hope he reaches his full potential and be able to bring fortune to himself and his family.
The Philippines doesn’t really support Chess that much, that’s why GM Wesley So left.
@Time Variance Authority (TVA) yeh. Our government is pretty inneficient.
Dapat talaga may tumulong sa kanya kc sayang nman ung galing niya. Sana tulungan siya nung mga GM na mejo nakakaangat sa buhay
I admire the talents of Al Basher Buto, if the government
… entity Philippine Sports Commission does not recognize the abilities of Al Basher Buto to sponsor his development because I belueve they have their own prodigys by choice and not by skill like they did to GM Wesley So who immigrated to the U.S. to pursue his dreams in chess perhaps Sen. Manny Pacquiao can sponsor him. Sen. Pscquiao is also a chess player and I am sure he will not hesitate to spinsor Buto’s quest in chess. May God bless Al Basher Buto
Philippine young chess players aren’t supported by the government
Al-Bashar, don’t stop, keep going!
sana kung sinong me kkyahan mgsupport dito to better his program plans at ma.expose siya internationally ay wag na sna mghintay sa support ng gobyerno na popular nman sa scams and corruption, nagsangla ng bahay tuloy yung tatay. sana khit si Wesley ay matulongan itong batang ito🙏
Islam teaching was, only sinner play chess?

So, is it Haram? Or because there’s king in chess where the only king of kings is Allah?
