In the year since Myanmar’s coup, many opposed to military rule have joined the ranks of ethnic armed groups fighting the government.
Kayah State in the east has seen some of the heaviest fighting as the conflict escalates.
Thousands have come to the border with Thailand to seek safety from the violence, but not all of them are getting through.
Al Jazeera’s Tony Cheng reports from the Thailand-Myanmar border.

Dude running from his own country with all the clothes he has on and whatever he owns above his head with an American Flag tank top on 🤘🏻🙏
You remember Rohingyas ❓❓❓
@Wapang Ozukum
What’s your point? What is these rebel fighting with burmese military for 60+ years anything to do with Rohingya genocide? Give me one reason why shouldn’t I talk about Rohingya? Just ONE?
@newton min <---he's using the name Rohingya as a red herring. He has zero talking points to help him defend the military junta.
@Christiane Vanherck
Hello lady!!!
Stop saying things the tip of your tongue 👅 show me the proof. Show me anything from me supporting the military. You supporting Sukyi and NUG people who openly supported and denied genocide. Stop doing this hit and run tactic. Prove your points, I’m challenging you!!!
It will be a lot worse for Rohingyas if the Militaristic Government won the civil war.
@fx Gamer you’re clueless man, let me tell you the ethnic groups have been fighting with junta since 1947
Why🌏, why, why?
..
We must say openly
to each other the things we hold in our hearts and that too often are
said only behind closed doors.
There must be a sustained effort
to
listen to each other;
to learn from each other;
to respect one another;
and to seek common ground.
” we are talked a lot about, but we are not listened to ” -why?
Thank you.
And May God’s peace 🌏 be upon you all.
GOOD HEALTH ALWAYS!
I Thank you.
🌎
Bro you should tell those word to Min Aung Hlinh and thier guys not to rebel

I’m sure there are some mercenaries that are so hard right now to go fight. Promise them something big rebel fighters and you’ll win for sure.
Just like Rambo 4

@Thant Zaw Win When bad people die,it’s a good thing
The junta will loose eventually
Every empire will fall
Myanmar’s junta can be defeated by the end of 2022, the Prime Minister of the underground National Unity Government (NUG) has told Myanmar Now.
Mahn Win Khaing Than said in an interview that after intensive efforts to convince armed groups like the Karen National Union (KNU) to join the revolution last year, Myanmar’s anti-military forces have joined together with unprecedented solidarity.
The major barrier to defeating Min Aung Hlaing’s coup regime, he said, will be finding a way to overcome the military’s air force.
China wont let
@Mr Wonder China will be relieved when all this military aggression and chaos nextdoor is over because they like stability.Aung San Suu Kyi had good relations with China.
so sad it had to come to this, but junta military are just mad dogs. good job rebels crush the junta military and win freedoms. be safe.
@Muhammad Zariff Actually, the Tatmadaw is dying more than PDFs. On a daily basis, the Tatmadaw (military) soldiers have around 50 deaths per day because of these clashes while the PDF is mostly 0 or 2. above 5 is rare.
@Limpo 50 sounds exaggerated to me. What’s your source of information?
@Muhammad Zariff Mr.m.zarif .weapons without soldiers to hold them? It does not work.
@Muhammad Zariff I think they could have avoided the human lose by protesting when the military massacred the Roginga people. But they didn’t, thinking that they are not the same people, they are of other cast and relegion, they thought we are safe . Thus the the Junta thought if they could get away with Roginga genocide then they will be getting away by throwing the government and can rule over them. Now the general people are paying their prices of not saying anything while injustice was served to the Rohinga people
@Muhammad Zariff remember morale plays a huge role the average soldier can only kill a few number of innocent people before he goes mad whereas it’s different for the rebels.
Why are there so many depraved sick regime’s all over the world, going about destroying life, property and communities.
bring back your liberty mynmar.keep fighting 💪. defeat your demon idiots military government
I prefer “freedom fighter”
@Calvin Blue i don’t think you understand at all. you think this is about democracy. the taliban is not democratic. they don’t do this stuff to their own people. when the west left afghanistan. the taliban rebels beat their own established government and military in a month. took over the Country or took back however, you want to look at it. there is disagreement with how to run things, but the taliban isn’t murdering civilians like the military junta are in myanmar. and many civilians in afghanistan have weapons. theres no chaos there. china, russia, and cuba are not democratic. are they doing this stuff to their own people like the military junta is in myanmar? no there not. are you understanding the difference yet? the military junta are fascists. it is an autocratic dictatorship. we’ve seen this back in germany in the 1930s and 40s.
You said, “To just blame a militant government is merely excusing from what the real issue is about..” what is the real issue? do you even know? i laid it out before you did you even read it? its the same issue that happened in Germany in the 1940s. the reich wanted germany for germans which meant the aryan race. It is the same thing in Myanmar. The burmese military wants myanmar for bama race. they have been targeting other ethnics and systematically killing them and driving them to the edges of the country for decades.
you said, “The biggest problem is Corruption even when a country becomes Democratic..nothing resolves.” i hate to tell you this but, corruption can exist anywhere. are you trying to say a military cant be corrupt? do i need to bring up the german example again? the military junta committed an ethnic cleansing only 5 years ago are you saying the military is not corrupt? all politicians are corrupt, it is impossible to please everyone. at least being democratic or better yet diplomatic things can change. but, a corrupt military is far more dangerous. and this corrupt military is willing to kill people. do you understand this?
you said, “What if Saddam Hussein was allowed to go on? ISIS wouldn’t have happened. first iraq shouldn’t of been invaded by the west let me start of there. 2nd, you saying ISIS wouldn’t of happened is nonsense. saddam was brutal to his own people. so are you advocating for a person that treats his people like garbage? letting a madman just murder his own people, just because you think a lesser evil is quelled? you think thats justifiable? he gets rich, exploits his own people, with his sons. his sons are more vicious to their people and women but, this is ok in your eyes? so you think what Kim Jong-Un is doing to his own people is justifiable too? bottom line is that iraq is iraq and myanmar is myanmar the comparison is not the same and the west should of never invaded iraq was just an excuse for imperialism.
you think im advocating for the west to intervene? im not. the people are desperate for help for sure. the UN was blocked by china and russia. the west can do nothing, but sanctions. if there is one thing the world can do for myanmar is weapons embargo on the military junta. stop all sale of weapons. if that happens the military will be put in a difficult position and maybe the military generals will be more diplomatic rather than just killing people and jailing political opponents. but, while that block stands in the UN. there are weapons sales still being delievered to the military. like russia, china, and india. thats all the intervention i would want. probably most of the freedom fighters would want too. because while the military still gets weapons they will continue to be brutal to their own people.
@melissa lindhurst I see outcomes..not dislikes, not opinions..
Pure outcomes speaks the real results.
All militant governments hurt their people..to get things under control.
You think a free Myanmar actually solves anything?
Grievances will still be there..
There won’t be change..
If people want to fight Junta..of course..Junta will fight back..and how will it end?
More destruction?
Nothing will change with both sides having differences that can never be rectified..be it you disagree with junta..but the reason they have power, means they have support.
They don’t agree with your ways..and you want to force them to?
Via fighting?
The only way to resolve is to work from inner..to transform from inside..and that means.. Junta will need to transform..and your freedom side too
But that cannot happen as long as fighting ensues.
I keep saying.. Modernization..you keep missing the point.
Modernization means.. it’s a trend flowing..the world moves in Modernization.
Myanmar cannot go against the waves of modernization.
Junta cannot go against it.
So..even if Junta wields full power, they still have to readapt themselves..to fit with modernization.
It may take time..but only this is the way for change to happen.
The only way for change to happen is Realization.
The only way to move forward is to….Forget the past and move forward.
Ambition itself pushes people to change.
Junta will have to change their ways if they want the world to accept them..
That itself..is the Solution..not War.
You may claim Junta murdered their own people.. that’s how it is like in Conflicted Warzones.
Hatred..tears the hearts of Man..
And there is only One solution..be it both sides have Hatred..be it who thinks who is right..
The only solution is..The stronger takes over..the stronger changes
You are fighting a defeated war that will only end in more destruction.
@Calvin Blue are you an advocate for the military junta now? are you a military supporter? all militant governments hurt their people to get things under control? lets get one thing clear, the militant government are not just simply “hurting people.” they are straight up murdering people and putting people in graves. are you understanding this? you make it sound like they are slapping people or breaking arms. they are killing people including women and children. so are you saying the rohingya deserved that then? because they were a group of people that were obviously out of control, right?
@melissa lindhurst I’m an advocate of REALITY..
Just look at Middle East example..
It’s reality you are dismissing..the Law of the Universe..
The stronger wins no matter how you think..
As much as it’s not likable to swallow..but many countries started with Iron Rule too .
It’s just you don’t see that.. because it was last century or longer ..which felt like it was befitting of that time era.
Most countries had internal conflicts of the past too..
Just look at Vietnam..they won..the Communist won..but today, see the transformation.
Though not democratic..but even the hardest iron will soften with time..
Democracy..Liberty.. is often something that can work in stable countries and societies.. not in conflicted ones.
Even Taiwan too started in iron rule..KMT was dictatorship too..
If you bother to read history..that is just how it is .
The stronger wins..and the stronger is not junta..the stronger is the World Modernization..
Junta will have to change to fit with the world..
That..i see..is the only solution to Myanmar’s problems.
It’s something you will find hard to swallow..all the grievances..but reality never is easy
@Calvin Blue you told me to look at the middle east. i did. answer the question, is the taliban doing this to their people? they are not democratic. stop trying to deflect from the conversation. you are trying to bring up other examples that dont reflect anything thats happening in myanmar. stop trying to deflect. myanmar is myanmar.
the law of the universe? so the stronger wins no matter how i think? so i should just let my family, friends, be simply exterminated because of a superior force and they dont like the color of my skin , or how i speak, or what ever ethnic feature they dont like? so just simply die that is what you are saying? if thats your outlook on life and the law of the universe then why are you complaining about what happened in the middle east then? because the american empire was obliviously the superior force, you know the law of the universe dictates that they were right, and you should just OBEY. Right?
vietnam had a foreign intervention. which should of never happen. again you think im advocating for a foreign outside force trying to go into myanmar. im not understand this.
you are basically advocating for the military junta to continue to drive up to villages kill people with no consequences. they fly military jets and bomb and kill people arbitrarily. you probably criticize the west when they drop bombs and kill innocent people like women and children right? but why not the junta? its the same thing. stop being hypocrite.
The Thailand side is supporting the myanmar’s rebel forces. The UN needs enforce sanction onto Thailand for providing arms and trainings to the rebel group. But the UN’s all smack talk, and no actions as always.
The Thai Army is rather indifferent to the Burmese Army, but Thai people are supportive in general to Burmese. The “rebel forces” are the only hope for democracy in Burma to come into existence along with the only occasionally effective sanctions. Large numbers of formerly peaceful civilians are getting arms training with rebel forces. They know the jungles and mountains better than the Burmese Army. There is some hope.
so you really are supporting the Myanmar military even after all they have done? what kind of people are you?
Thailand is naturally friendly to the Shan State Armies who are ethic Tai, Thais call them “Tai Yai” Greater Tai family group. Also friendly to the Karen ethnic group.
Never! The Thailand has been helping the IDP’s for many years
USA is distroying the world from top to bottom just contain China.
Very good..please help by providing more arsenal n grenade launchers n missiles to the fighters to defend myanmar ppl.

Yeah one sides massacring civies, if there is any time to call for a Jihad….
One sides, how about the hatred of Jewish state.
Myanmar people should be educated on these threats , how western media their affliates and fake account comments destroyed countries like libya and syria , support the army and develop Myanmar together. Myanmar Laos Thailand Cambodia China Russia should work together and save Myanmar from wicked moves by US Japan and allies.
Greed leads to nothing but disaster..only way to deal with greed is slit greedy throats
Why not directed at filthy rich?
I have already seen this episode in my country. Rebels will overthrow the government and then fight amongts themselves on who will lead the country. Starting a very long civilwar…
@Kaung Kyaw
None of ethic armies is under your shadow government. What are you talking about?
Are you in Burma? Give me your contact. I’ll send the pdf to you. Let’s see whether they are under well control under your shadow government. Let see how they treat you? Dare to try?
@Christiane Vanherck
Speculating!!!
They said the same thing will happened after 3 months. See what happened?
Not every scenerio. It has happen in my country and yet we formed united government after overthrown the militaristic Government.
It depends how united the newly formed government and the rebels towards their goal as united people under civilian government.
Myanmar has been infighting for ages..be it present Junta or during Aung’s time
@Norman which backwater country?
Crush these traitors rebel!!
Buddisist and muslim should united and form good goverment maynammar
😂😅🤣
Great thinking
They already have.
People of Myanmar; rich & poor, farmers & workers, women, men and children, young & old, with different beliefs, cultures, races, religions don’t accept shameless group of bully boys, fascists, mafia gangsters, liars. Myanmar people are against authoritarianism, fascists. Myanmar people are pro-democracy fighting against authoritarianism of corrupt dictators since 1962. Myanmar people show their desire for democracy, justice, peace & freedom by free & fair voting, strikes, demonstration protesting against corrupt dictators. Now all Bamar and other races are bravely, unitedly fighting for Democracy, Justice, Equality and Freedom using armed revolution, People Revolution in everywhere, in towns, in villages, in the forests and on mountains. Myanmar people have no fear, no respect, no trust on corrupt, crook dictators, racists.
@Christiane Vanherck Your name doesnt sound like someone from myanmar.. and i seen you commenting a lot on it in other videos. but never seen you naming any facts at all. how come you think you know everything about whats happening in myanmar, while not having anything to prove what you say?
@Alain Koch I do my homework, I spend quite a bit of time researching the internet informing myself because I’m interested to know what’s happening in Myanmar. I copy relevant pieces of information from reliable sources and post that information wherever it is needed. Do you have a problem with that?
@Christiane Vanherck
Name me one primary source of your information? Just ONE??!! I already proved some of your sources were well known liars in the past. How do you verify the information when you have no idea about Burma, language, culture, traditions, beliefs, history, you know nothing. Been there twice doesn’t make you expert about Burma. You know nothing about Burma. I’m challenging you!!!
@newton min dont waste your time on Christine. i once did her the favour to send her my sources to informations she called lies… she called one of them out of date (was a reuters article from 2021 confirming more then 120 schools where bombed) and simply ignored the rest (including articles from the opposition run news outlet Myanmar Now glorifying the killing of civilian “junta supporters”).
when i asked her for sharing any source that backs up what she sais she called me a jundta supporter and left.
im quite sure she will do the same with you. 🙂
@Alain Koch
She’s just a hypocrite fruit cake. She don’t dare to take any of my challenges. Just assumptions, speculations and baseless accusations. Don’t worry, people can see.
All for one man! Why doesn’t their ‘divine’ leadership ever lead them to timely retirement/exit or to appointing the appropriate successor?? Why is it always conflict, violence, death and destruction, that ends their careers?? 🙏🏽
“All for one man”? It’s not quite like that. I recommend this article to get some insights on junta dynamics as a group: ‘The Accomplices of Myanmar’s Murderer-in-Chief’ The Irrawaddy Jan 21. “Advisers to Min Aung Hlaing are the prime culprits in the junta’s killings of civilians. Min Aung Hlaing has 7 advisers on his advisory board—three of them are military officers and four (three women and a man) are civilians.”
“Observers say there is no cult of personality you would usually expect around a military ruler. “It would be a mistake to think that he specifically is the fundamental problem,” says Mr Marciel. “I think it’s the institution and the culture of the institution that’s the problem, and he’s a product of it.
“Probably more than any other institution I’ve dealt with in my career, there’s just a giant gap between how they see things compared to how pretty much everyone else sees things.”
Major Oo told BBC Burmese that when Gen Hlaing took over he won approval in the forces after upgrading weapons and uniforms.
“But when his term ended, he extended. There were many commanders who are better than him in some aspects, but he refused to stand down. He is the one who broke the rules just for his own benefit,” he said.”
Feb 2, 2022 BBC article – Tatmadaw: Myanmar’s notoriously brutal military
Myanmar people of different religions, different ethnic races including Bamar PDFs are collectively and bravely fighting against awful authoritarian system, fascism of corrupt military group.
@newton min btw.. nice to see someone who takes the time to do some research about something before commenting on it. People like you are sadly quite rare.. most of them just see everything that might prove them wrong as an insult instead of realizing you do them a favour by pinting at facts they didnt know about.
I usually thank everyone who provides me with facts.. specially if they prove me wrong.
@Alain Koch
Well, if your comments against their propaganda, you are the military supporter. That’s their standard. If you pointed out their hypocrisy and double standards, you are the military supporter. If you asked them why are they supporting people who openly supported that same military in the past, you are the military supporter. So, their stand is clear, PURE HYPOCRITES!!!
@塔克塔克 You wrote “those people did those things”: who did what? Your accusations are extremely vague because you only have lies and propaganda without providing reality-based facts, and very far from the truth. Maybe you were one of those soldiers who participated in the crackdown on Rohingya people! Who knows!?
@newton min it’s because you making it out to be more than it is. You make the rebel forces like they are one big racist monolith when they are made up of its minority ethnic groups. : Honestly, the whole plan after this is to give more control to the ethnic forces to each of their ancestral land. And since the crisis that you are still on about occurred on Rakhine/Arakan land, then it should be up to the Rakhine/Arakan ethnic people to deal with it in the future. Fair?
Get with the times. PDF isn’t fighting for Suu Kyi or the previous government. It’s a total revolution. A total restructuring between its ethnic forces. And I doubt myanmar politics would be the same again after this. This is the main priority.
@Christiane Vanherck
Hah!!!???
I like your wordings. What???
Accusations, extremely vague, lies, propaganda, reality-based facts, truth???
Wow!!!! It’s exactly 💯 sounds like you!!!
You explained yourself very well miss!!!
If the mojority of people don’t like the ruler no one can stand …
Nice. Myanmar gov got support from communist china. Buddha loves it.
Fck bamars. Buddda wont save u! Rebels will
Why usa and europe do not support rebels ???
@Gygyvg Uvvkvc They tried to help and want to but China and Russia are blocking their way. China and Russia’s goal right now is to side with the Junta military and help them win against the rebels and form another alliance and new friends/pact. Then they will use this as a lifting hand against western forces and nations as Myanmar does not clearly align with the west at all and is also corrupted; thus allowing things to be in Russia and China’s favor. It’s a scary political tactic they are using.
@regular how they block ?
@regular nobody do not want live with military junta and dictatorship
@Gygyvg Uvvkvc Russia and China are using their veto power to block the UN.
@Gygyvg Uvvkvc “Russia supports dictators all over the world”
Like the ones supported by USA in Latin America?
Or the Barbaric Monarchy of Saudis and Apartheid state of Israel in Middle East? Or pro-USA dictators in Africa?
They make airatack on rebels . Revels need weapins agains airplanes
And Israel recently supplied Burma with aircraft. US aid to Burma is now around zero except perhaps assistance to refugees, etc.
Russia suppport Myanmar’s dictator to kill people . Why USA do not support rebels to defend democracy ?
Myanmar people of different religions, different ethnic races including Bamar myanmar army are collectively and bravely fighting against cia scum based in thailand.
These PDF fighters are seriously badass
@Tim Loo2 america has literally 0 involvement in this conflict but go off i guess
These weapons are leftover from veitnam learn history dummy
@Nihi Q Allam thats like blaming russia for ISIS because they use ak47s
@Luke S. well Russia give guns to almost anyone in middle east for money so what your points
@Nihi Q Allam im saying its dumb to blame a conflict on who manufactured the arms. In this case its russia supplying Myanmar’s junta with weapons so..
The Myanmar people have the right to self-determination just like any other people. Respect from the USA. 🇺🇸🇲🇲
@make a wish you’re dumb af , who are the supporters and back bones of Myanmar ? China and Russia u idiôtt
They are separatists, so they don’t consider themselves as Burmese…
Did yall forgot the vietnam war we well give than PTSD
@Tim Loo2 It would ‘be easier’ to turn Kansas into a big poppy field.
@Philippe Bressange Spoken like a true ‘MOSSAD Terrorist’.
Send these groups weapons
Myanmar people have finally lost their fear of their violent criminal military dictatorship.
Since 1962 the military has taken over the country from the civilians.
They divided the people in to small ethnic religious tribal groups and continued to destroy them as they were small helpless groups.
Rohingyas were easily destroyed.
Thailand itself is under military dictatorship!
But China Russia India Israel all have supplied weapons to the military.
USA France EU Australia Multinationals corporations have supplied the military with funds for years and years.
Now the Burmese people have lost their fear of the military.
They are United as one Burmese people without fear.
This is going to be little longer but the people will win sooner rather later. Best wishes and best regards for the neighbors in Burma from Bangladesh and American people.
They’re Defense Force not Betel
Skewer the pigs, support from Canada!
Freedom fighters
??????ROHINYAS????? miyanmaris 🐊🐊🐊😭😭😭 🙏KARMA🙏
Not government, they are military terrorist
remember the massacre of the ROHINGNYA now you ALL get instant karma FROM GOD
Crush these rebels who are backed by the West.
Resist
This situation in Kaya state is just the tip of the ice burg, a reflection of the same scorge earth cruelty done to unarmed civilians in Chin state, Sagaing & Magwe divisions. There’s no way out, except to counter the Burmese military’s nationwide inhumane atrocities with available homemade hunting muskeets in those other bigger portion of the country, after a full year waiting for the intervention of international organizations, like United Nations.
@Isaac Kee
Surprise!!! Surprise!!! You see that?? They just proved my points!!!
@newton min your right all of the comments are public and everyone can see if they wish. i have no reason to lie, like you obviously do. this will now be the 4th time ive told you this, because in the other thread i told you 3 times, i counted them out like ive done here, and i told you learn how to read. still having comprehension issues, i see. i never said chin genocide, not once. i said the military junta attacked chin state long before rohingya ethnic cleansing. you called me out to prove it and i did.
then, in another thread that i read, you said and i quote “As soon as the military gone, there will be a full blown civil war breaks out and there won’t be a country called burma anymore.” wont be a country call burma anymore without a military? hmmm how interesting. so if you dont want the military gone or the generals to be held accountable then, you want no justice for the rohingya. interesting contradiction you have. many people have told you to stop using their name as a weapon including rohingya. they can never go home back to arakan while the min aung hlaing holds the country hostage.
you are here now in this thread prove me wrong then. tell the OP Isaac Kee in your own words then. tell him that you are not a military supporter, that you condemn the military junta, that you want the military generals to be arrested and tried for crimes against humanity.
please tell the OP
@xander crews
You still lying. You claimed Chin genocide. You don’t even know what genocide means. Where is your evidence about Chin genocide? Prove it.!!!
Everyone is talking about Burma full blown civil war and the whole country separating into small states. Every political analyst talking about it on every news channel. So they all supporting the military? Only people like you are short sighted and failed to see the reality. That’s why I said politic is not for child brain.
Show me any of my comments on here youtube supporting the military. Prove it. Stop speculating. Stop lying. People can see. At least respect yourself, your people and your country.
@newton min so tell him. dont tell me. tell him with your own personal message. that you are not a military supporter say it. say that you are not a military supporter, that you condemn the military junta, that you want the military generals to be arrested and tried for crimes against humanity. let him know that. why cant you do that? because its clearly obvious.
i never claimed chin genocide again. 5th time you’ve been told. learn reading and comprehension. again chin state was attacked long before rohingya ethnic cleansing. maybe take your advice and read the messages i sent to you from before.
do you want justice for rohingya? if anyone asks you that question your entire argument crumbles because you wont answer. and if you dont want justice for rohingya and dont want them to return to arakan then you are fake. like many people have told you before stop using rohingya as a weapon you dont care for them and you dont care if they get any justice.
so dont reply to me tell the OP
@xander crews
I told you. Go and read all my comments. Why can’t you prove it? If you claim I’m a military supporter.
If you don’t claim Chin genocide, why are you comparing with Rohingya genocide? Why are you comparing apple and banana?
I believe OP knows enough about the situation. Give me one reason why can’t I use Rohingya genocide to expose burmese people hypocrisy? They are the ones hiding their hypocrisy and double standards behind Rohingya suffering. So I’m exposing them. Why not.
The Karen fighters are outstanding fighters they are getting close to naypidaw alongside the other groups from all over the country. The terrorist junta is loosing ground since the rebellion is well armed now they can shoot planes that is why the land controlled by the Karen’s is not harassed by the air force bombings .which was not the case 1 month ago.
Great news! That’s what Prime Minister Mahn Win Khaing Than was talking about in a Myanmar Now interview when he said: “The major barrier to defeating Min Aung Hlaing’s coup regime will be finding a way to overcome the military’s air force.”
To ch.vanherk. the air force can be contained.easy stingers are already there. It is a matter of time for main auwg line to be caught .he knows it. His actions belie his nervousness .that is why he resorts to the air force since the tatmadaw is scared to fight on the ground against the well armed fighters.that shows his desperation.he will have to answer for his horrific crimes soon.
@Philippe Bressange The sooner the better. Seems MAH is not alone as the main decision maker, according to this recent The Irrawaddy article: “Advisers to Min Aung Hlaing are the prime culprits in the junta’s killings of civilians. Min Aung Hlaing has 7 advisers on his advisory board—three of them are military officers and four (three women and a man) are civilians.”
The Accomplices of Myanmar’s Murderer-in-Chief – The Irrawaddy Jan 21.
If george soros and cia stop supporting karen rebels, there will be peace.
Answer to 99 myanmar.correct me if I am wrong but I thought that the South African president Cyril ramaphosa or maybe the Cuban president Miguel Diaz canal where behind the Karen. You seem to know something that nobody knows
Its been a year since the military coup or unrests.
Bangladesh sending militants
Who is backing these fighters to fight against government forces!!
Ousted Government who elected by the people of Myanmar. Many former Politicians have joined together to form a coalition against the Militaristic Government.
@Sonny Zin
When hyenas are destroying your country and fighting for carcasses!! The lion 🦁 the army has intervened !! That what exactly happened in Myanmar 🇲🇲!
Absolutely no one is helping them with arms supplies
@TaMwe
So how come the rebels are equipped with modern assault rifles and long ranged sniper rifles? Think abt it !
@RAJIB RAI, donations money from their own people. The fact is, Thailand gun stores are getting richer
Is there any countries could offer helps for them?
Yes, China
Media need to cover both sides of the story these KNDF and PDF forces were also responsible for bomb attacks in cities, assissnations on government workers and military family members. They’re also killing innocent civillians just like the military. They’re the same. They definitely not the good guys
When is RAMBO when you need one.
Hope Myanmar can find peace soon. 🙏
One question, can the weapon supply be cut so that both parties are weapon less?
Russia and China have been using their veto power to block the UN arms embargo.
@Christiane Vanherck And your proof of our “veto” is?
All the best for these people. Many more soldiers from the regular army should defect to these groups and protect their people against this tyrannical junta instead of killing their own people for them.
Most of them are Scumbags opportunistics, being too much brainwashed or being too gay to defect their terrorist military. The only way to win this kind of terrorist is terrorize themselves to maximum level.
I blame china and Russia for this
Fight until min aung hlaing sleep with fishes
God bless my christian brothers.
Now thousands of Myanmar villagers in remote area are burned alive, raped and killed by Military junta. No international country is aware of this inhuman nature. I really wanna ask why the world is silent, why UN is silent, why China and Russia are still supporting Military junta.
Support KARENNI KNDF ✊🏼
If they wouldnt oppose a non-US controlled governement, Western media (including al jazeera) would call them terrorists, and report about how many schools they bombed and how many innocent civilians they murdered.. Dont know how people working for them can live with glorifying something that kills thousands of innocent people, instead of doing what they pretend to do:
telling the truth.
How come so many people actually believe media outlets that dont lift a finger to defend Julian Assange and the freedom to tell the truth he stands for? the only reason they could have not to do that is because they dont care about telling the truth.
I suspect the US is arming and funding them and possibly advising them
myanmar people destroying their country, how sad,
The country is being destroyed by “an army of darkness” that has been obsessed with power and its prerogatives, and it remains prepared to employ atrocious violence against its own people to maintain that power.
Nobody seems to care the evils of the junta
@Christiane Vanherck if you don’t like nobody, can you name a single country who is helping Burma?
@Desert Rivers Helping Burma is happening at different levels of their reality, not just the violent part of that reality. One level of helping is done by countries who have recognized the NUG (their govt in exile). As of September 2021, the NUG had established representative offices in the United States, United Kingdom, France, Czech Republic, Australia, and South Korea.
@Desert Rivers On December 27 President Joe Biden signed into law the 2022 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), this marks a shift in US govt policy on Myanmar. Section 6510 of the $770 billion NDAA calls for “supporting democracy in Burma”. The NDAA explicitly calls on the US govt to “support and legitimize the National Unity Government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, the civil disobedience movement in Myanmar, and other entities promoting democracy in Burma, while simultaneously denying legitimacy and resources to the Myanmar‘s military junta.” This is a big deal. By law, the US govt now has to support the NUG.
@Desert Rivers Helping at the humanitarian level: “With a nationwide network, Myanmar Red Cross Society is the country’s largest humanitarian organisation delivering humanitarian assistance across Myanmar. Since February 1, over 2,000 trained Myanmar Red Cross first aid volunteers have played a critical role on the frontlines of the current crisis, providing lifesaving first aid, healthcare and ambulance services, in line with their fundamental humanitarian principles of independence, neutrality and impartiality, to individuals injured and/or ill including pregnant women for safe delivery of babies. Until now, more than 3,000 people have already received these services. In the coming months, the Myanmar Red Cross will scale up its first aid and basic healthcare services and will also address rising food insecurity and poverty among families, including longer term support to re-establish people’s fractured livelihoods.”
@Desert Rivers Helping by cutting off the money flow to the junta. Sanctions targeting the Myanmar military junta have been imposed internationally and will cause significant problems for the junta. Those sanctions impact their ability to purchase all of the weapons, ammunition and fuel they need.
Freedom has a price, and it is high. Sometimes a man must give all he can, sometimes a man must die.
Seems that this rebel groups backed by CIA and Mi6
You have full support from 🇧🇩🇧🇩🇧🇩
Burma has criminal general Min Aung Hlaing who follows the footsteps of his previous dictators Ne Win Sein Lwin Saw Maung and Than Shwe to intimidate innocent citizens.
Western back terrorist 🤡❌
👉My QUESTION is: With THAILAND knowing how the Situation is in MYANMAR for the Myanmar Citizens why won’t they let them Stay in Thailand for now?👈
likewise Myanmar, Thailand is ruled by a military coup leader. Military leaders help each other to defend their common interests.
@Naing -san – I hear you. Just like CCP Party if CHINA which is and has been helping Myanmar. Really which Country Kills it’s Own People if it was NOT just for POWER?💣
Where they get d weopons? D usual arms supplier aka usa? Those rebels don’t even have a place to declare their own to defend. And I didn’t see any people in villages welcoming them. They need a tall muscular white guy in background in shades n cammo gear speaking their language in a strong Texas accent. Bad up for hire gringo on their team will raise moral. That will scare that enemy 🤪
Southeast Asia has several black markets selling weapons: Thailand, Laos etc.
@Christiane Vanherck guys radiate domestic terrorist in this video. And I’m not talking bout d terrorist that are good at crime or take back ur nation revolutionaries. 😜! These guys look shady n rag tag.
@Axis Galaxis That’s nothing more than YOUR biased opinion. Let’s talk about the evil Myanmar military and the violence it radiates! With the dictatorship unable to function as a government due to a resistance movement that has brought the workings of the state to a standstill, the ruling generals are using not just murder, but also outright theft, to victimize ordinary citizens.
@Christiane Vanherck ok it’s another people oppressed by a awful government story n a few of your guys are making trouble n flowing across border when things get hot. I get that folk are fighting government oppression n being killed. but if that’s all d tech n weopons, financial support n political support d rebels u sympathize with have. That’s d strategy for survival ? Guerrila warfare. ? Sorry but that military is gonna waste those guys. This dream is just gonna get folk dead.
@Axis Galaxis Please do some reasearch before commenting! Ethnic forces in various parts of Myanmar are joining together in solidarity to fight, but the junta troops are unable to fight everywhere at the same time. Junta troops are heading towards a split because of rapidly increasing defections. According to local media reports, between 5 and 10 Tatmadaw personnel are deserting every day, informed sources say the desertion rate is much higher than that.
Wheres the UN..whats their purposes?save people or create a war?
Chinese hate freedom
May God protect them. 🙏
Support rebels from Bangladesh 👍

Tony, can you update on David Eubank’s Free Burma Rangers.
I think David went to Afghanistan.
keep fighting Freedom fighter PDF, KNDF, KIA, KNU, MNDAA CNF etc
NUG Prime Minister Mahn Win Khaing Than said in an interview with Myanmar Now that after intensive efforts to convince armed groups like the Karen National Union (KNU) to join the revolution last year, Myanmar’s anti-military forces have joined together with unprecedented solidarity. He said Myanmar’s junta can be defeated by the end of 2022, the major barrier to defeating Min Aung Hlaing’s coup regime will be finding a way to overcome the military’s air force.
Just remember the people who die in city that kill by military……
Please stop calling them REBEL, it sounds really wired. They are just fighting for their freedom. They are working so hard to gain independence from Military Dictatorship. The real rebel is who arbitrarily took over the state sovereignty and ousted the legitimate government. It’s a quite wrongful idea that these young fighters are viewed as rebels. They are sacrificing people, the sole future of Burma. Please mind your words!
pls don’t call us rebel and you don’t even need to write a word ‘ rebel’ because we fight for our democracy.. even if you can’t help us, don’t call us rebellion. Thank you
Yes, exactly!
You are Freedom Fighters!
Who’s you to judge; are you a reporter or you’re being pay ?

Time for the US Citizens to practice what they preach.
@Wayne Gabler citizens of the US are always prepared for a civil war or a revolution that’s why there’s a 2nd amendment
Bruh Myanmar army is not Gov’t. Bring your facts straight.
The point is that this media referring the MILITARY JUNTA (A RADICAL FASCIST REGIME) and its institution as a legitimate administration of the state seems to be unaware of what they are saying. GG
Greetings from Jakarta. God bless myanmar people fighting tyrants!
any military that siezes power from the people is the enemy of the people
They shouldn’t fight during daytime with conventional warfare.🤷♂️
Where are those when military was committing genocide in Rakhine?? Rather the supported their Military…
