As someone who works as an electronic engineer in Iran, I don’t think this video tells the whole truth. It’s undeniable that, unlike other sections which have been hit hard, if not devastated, digital services and companies in this section have experienced a modest growth, mostly due to the absence of foreign competitors. But, financial hardships and lack of social freedom has caused professionals to leave the country in such large numbers that all tech companies are now struggling with serious workforce crisis. To make it worse, fresh university graduates are not going to replace the migrating experienced workforce, as they prefer to pursue their education abroad and never come back to Iran. With the professional workforce crisis, the future of Iranian tech companies appears to be dismal.
How is social freedom restricted?
When Iranians have learnt to adapt to the discriminatory and illegal international sanction, I would like to the know if Iranians too can adapt to the issue of social freedom and move on in life ?

As far as I know, Iran is the most educated country in the Middle East. More than 80% of Iranians are educated, but the western media shows something else.
