A dramatic escape on two wheels for Ugandan pop star and opposition figure Bobi Wine after security forces surrounded his home.
He fled by motorbike to avoid arrest after being prevented from performing at a concert.
He is known for his music-with-a-message, calling for more freedoms and change from 30 years of President Yoweri Museveni’s governance.

When you finally become a president and if something goes wrong between you and the people of Uganda and they don’t want you in power again, please, kindly leave the power and don’t become like previous Africa presidents and current Africa presidents who don’t like leaving the corridor of power in this 21st century. I called then illiterate leaders. Don’t be like them (illiterate leaders), please. Because “nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man’s character, give him power”. (Abraham Lincoln). Always remember this.
