It was also the first major diplomatic appearance of Russian President Vladimir Putin since Russia invaded Ukraine.

Russia and China should both take and help two of the four mentioned, it is more profitable than selling oil and gas to Europe, the west will regret their rascist policies towards Russia and China. Russia and China should only take the UN and the NPT serious again after the west realizes and accepts that the only sanctions that are legal are those issued at the UN and correct their mistakes and give Russia and China fair chance and other bissniss instead and indeed when Swift, another dirty bomb which creates a lot of damage on Earth is gifted to the UN.
