Protests continue across Peru even after the new leader, Dina Boluarte, has sworn in her cabinet.
Police have been out in force as supporters of former President Pedro Castillo demanded his release.
Castillo was impeached and arrested on Wednesday.
Demonstrators are now calling for early elections.
