All though I work in the heath care profession I’m not a complete expert however! The fact is most viruses (bacterial) including flu do mutate to a certain degree and requires the infecting cells produce certain proteins over a period of time to 1) either bind itself to healthy cells or 2) attaches itself by producing “spikes” which then ‘hook’ onto health cells as with CV19 hence the reason why it is not detected straight away and why people can become carries without knowing and pass it on! CV19 is less dangerous than SARS & MIRS which is able to attach itself very quickly to healthy cells and take you out! So the difference is the time factor! Once detected early CV19 can be treated so it’s worth getting checked and doing all the necessary safety precautions including keep up production of health blood cells by exercise and eating certain foods containing B12 or just get B12 tablets, as prevention is better than the cure! Elderly people, young people, and those with respiratory problems including asthmatics should stay at home but telling every healthy Tom dick and Harriet to self isolate is ridiculous! Just a fun fact that when 5g started in China, wuhan China in Novemever 2019 to be exact. Coronavirus pandemic started leaving me to believe that 5g may have caused a mutation to the virus to jump from host to human. December in America released 5g in area’s and if you recall there was a respiratory cold that crossed across the US which was diagnosed as a virus or just a cold which I had overcomed myself. The symptoms were heavy fluids in lungs where I’d wake up to clear throat to breathe and go to back to sleep to wake up and do it again. Heavy coughs for like 2 or 3 min to clear lungs. Feeling weak and exhausted and clammy skin. Energy levels were up one day down the next and lasted for 4 or 5 weeks but seems to be symptoms of this. Just a theory but it seems to make sense that this 5g radio wave causes a mutations for the virus to jump host to human.

NO – the flu is not that contagious. I have taken care of my children (holding them often while or in-between they are coughing or throwing up whom have had tested positive for Influenza A & B many times) but – I NEVER got sick nor have I gotten sick from co-workers from the flu.
