Tokyo Olympics committee meets to address continuing problems

Japan is contemplating whether to impose a state of emergency in Tokyo and Osaka as coronavirus infections surge across the country.
It comes just three months before the troubled Tokyo Olympics.
The International Olympic Committee is meeting to work out how to manage the continuing problems plaguing the games.
