Vladlen Tatarsky was killed and 32 people injured in the blast.
Russian police have arrested a woman in connection with the killing in Saint Petersburg.

Make sure that nothing is left after the strafing. Double tap if need be. That’s how you deal with terrorists. You hit back harder and disproportionately.
