In Bangladesh, tens of thousands of supporters of the main opposition party are demanding the removal of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina ahead of elections expected in January.
Hasina’s Awami League has ruled the world’s eighth most populous country since 2009 and has been accused of human rights abuses and corruption.
The opposition Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) led by former Prime Minister Khaleda Zia and dozens of smaller allies have called for protests throughout the country to demand Hasina step down and the polls take place under a neutral caretaker government.
Many are also voicing anger at rising food prices.

Currently, we find ourselves in a very challenging situation as we lack the right to vote. The voting rights were taken away from the people by the government led by Sheikh Hasina. the people of Bangladesh are facing various issues such as financial crisis, unemployment, and a declining economy. Additionally, corruption has been increasing significantly. Presently, about 90% of the population is dissatisfied with the current government. The Hasina government is aware that if they allow a free and fair election, they might lose their power, which is why they are reluctant to appoint caretaker governments. Moreover, they have failed to ensure a free and fair election, and the majority of the population believes this to be true. As Bangladeshis, we must move forward from this situation and strive for change. We are prepared to take action to bring about the necessary changes and protect the interests of the people.

এদিকে নন-ক্যাডারের আফসোসের শেষ নেই! অল্পের জন্য ক্যাডারটা মিস হয়ে গেল। ক্যাডারই হতে পারলাম না জীবনে!!
এডমিন ক্যাডার ভাবতেছে পুলিশ ক্যাডার ভাল আছে! আর পুলিশ ক্যাডার ভাবছে ধ্যাত্তারি! নিজের জীবন বলতে কিছু নেই! যখন তখন ডিউটি!
ডাক্তার ভাবছে ইঞ্জিনিয়ার হতে পারলাম না। জীবনটা হয়তো আরও সুন্দর হতো! এই কাঁটাছেড়া করতে করতে জীবনটা শেষ! ইঞ্জিনিয়ারের মনটাও বেজায় খারাপ! একটা প্রেসক্রিপশন লিখেই ডাক্তার বন্ধু মাসে লাখ টাকা বসে থেকে কামিয়ে নিচ্ছে!
এদিকে আবার বেসরকারি কর্মকর্তার হতাশার শেষ নেই! মাসে ৬ ডিজিট ব্যাংক একাউন্টে ঢুকলেও ব্যাংকারদের মতো চাকরীর নিশ্চয়তা নেই!
গাড়ি বাড়ির নাম মাত্র ইন্টারেস্টে লোন নেই!
ব্যাংক কর্মকতার আহাজারি আবার আকাশ সমান!
সকালে বের হবার সময় বউ ঘুমিয়ে থাকে, বাসায় যাবার পরও দেখে বউ আবার ক্লান্ত হয়ে ঘুমিয়ে পড়েছে! সময়ই মিলছে না জীবনে নতুন বউকে দেবার মতো!
জুনিয়র কর্মকতা ভাবছে এসব আনস্মার্ট লোকজন কিভাবে একটা অফিসের বস হয়! বসের বেজায় মেজাজ খারাপ কি সব লোকজন অফিসে কাজ করে কাজের কোন আউটপুট নাই!
ইসলামি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে চান্স পাওয়া বন্ধুটারও ভীষণ মন খারাপ! ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে চান্সটা পেলামই না!
এদিকে আবার ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের বন্ধুটিও ভাল নেই! বন্ধুরা মন মতো ডিপার্টমেন্টে ভর্তি হয়েছে! কিন্তু আমি পছন্দের ডিপার্টমেন্টটা পেলাম না!
যাক গে! অন্যদিকেও একই কান্ড!
জ্যামে বসে বাসের হেল্পার ভাবছে ড্রাইভার হতে না পরলে এই জীবনে আর কোন সুখ আসবেনা! হুদায় সিটে বসে ড্রাইভার ফালপাড়ে! বাসের ড্রাইভারও হতাশ! এতো বছর ড্রাইভারি করে আর কি হলো! পরের গাড়ি চালিয়ে দিন যাচ্ছে! নিজের যদি একটা বাস থাকতো!!
এদিকে বাসের মালিকও ভাল নেই!
তার মাত্র ৩ টা বাস চলে ঢাকা আরিচা মহাসড়কে!
অথচ রহিম ভাইয়ের ১৫ টা চলছে দিব্বি! কত সুখে আছে তিনি!
সাংবাদিক ভাইয়ের মনটাও খারাপ! এই পেশায় কি আর জীবন চলে! নিজের যদি একটা পত্রিকা থাকতো তাও না হয় একটা দাপুটে জীবন হতো! পত্রিকওয়ালা ভাইয়ের দিন ভাল যাচ্ছেনা, এই পত্রিকা নাকি মানুষ এখন আর পড়েনা! লাভ নাই!
যাকগে টিভিওয়ালা হয়তো ভাল আছে! সেকি! তারও মনটাও ভীষণ খারাপ! শুধু টিভি চ্যানেল দিয়ে কি আর হয়রে ভাই! একটা শিল্প প্রতিষ্ঠান করতে না পারলে হচ্ছে কই? অন্তত এ
