Technically the constitution itself protects the disregard of unconstitutional laws. Since abortion is constitutionally protected under the 14th, as long as it is done within certain conditions, ignoring a law that bans it entirely is completely justified.

The problem is there are many reason to suggest abortion if the baby is malformed or could cause problems for mom health wise.
I do not condone abortions because I know for a fact the fetus is human. In these situations were a therapeutic abortion is needed. Most importantly what do the people want in your state or country.
