Go back to the time where Chinese and India have similar starting points after WW2 and civil war. 1 billion population is too much to handle and Xi has been doing the best, compared to the only one country of 1 billion population India.
Actually, shopping festivals only launch 2x a month, when the day the same as the month, and the time you get your salary. So its about 1 week a month… It has becoming a natural recurrance for years.
