And by the way, I live in a beautiful coastal town, Witch is pretty pricey. The 1,000 sq. ft., 35-year-old house I live in is worth half a million. About 10 years ago Jimmy Carters Habitat for Humanity built a house 4 doors down the street. A very nice low-income Hispanic family moved in. The house is clean & well maintained. The landscape is beautiful, and their cars are no more than 4 or 5 years old. So I guess there DOESN’T go the neighborhood.

My payment $300 every 2 weeks, everything electric and my bill is $60 a month, this bill about $100 running AC on all 90 degree days. I add internet and cable about $170. Property taxes $1600 & insurance about $700 annually. I make roughly 45,000-70,000
Seems to be common people vote democrat locally problems get worse, biden says tax poor, middle class, and small businesses, just like hillary wanted. Then like everywhere in california just keep voting foor democrats and prices keep rising just like minimum wage, the problem here is minimum wage is inflation on everything you buy. They raise taxes and the more you make puts you in a higher tax bracket so you make less but everything got more expensive. Now crimes and homelessness is out of control in every major city that votes democrat.
I picked up $200-300 a month from trumps tax cuts, my hours increased so much I made 25k-30k in optional overtime, then bonuses 7k-10k because of tax cut & profits.

Republican areas like mine crime is minimal, life is good, no worries… neighbors came over when these protests started to check in just in case things got crazy from protests, protests in a city almost 30 minutes away, I’m in the valley, worst out here is coyotes, deer, and just wild animals getting into stuff at night.

I don’t think you should be paying $800 for a 10×10 room…every Democrat ran area has a similar story though. People got republican/trump supporters all wrong, He’s addressed a lot of issues for republicans, our local republican governments already do a good job.
The lefts expectations at federal level isn’t realistic, they need to fix it locally first, otherwise half of what trump done that helps everyone can’t be seen.
I think trump handled the virus well overall, there was never any stopping it, in fact it is probably worse trying to stop it since people are getting covid a second time like the flu.
My area I suspect we all had it, schools shutdown locally to sanitize schools after everyone got sick, a lot of us had covid symptoms, then a week or so later the nation shutdown schools. They stated before they didn’t expect a vaccine to work and had concerns it wears off in a few months like the flu vaccine, if someone anywhere in the world has it still, it will continue on.
Trumps just more optimistic which is a lot better than negativity… democrats are too pessimistic.
Hopefully people see the scam in this virus… everyone being marked covid case & death which isn’t accurate.

I try to listen both parties’ arguments, even the Independent’s, and make an informed (at least I hope so) decision and cast my vote.
Too left or right, both parties are corrupted. One thing I try to remind myself is to not get carry away in politic or religion. Always questions their intents or motives I remind myself. If I follow too deep into the rabbit hole, so to speak — in other words, I mindlessly follow a political or religious leader without questioning their motives, then I am doing harm to myself. The more we eat, the more we poop. The more we listen, the more we BS. Balance.

Unfortunately it is hard to fix the pricing since the expectations of more continues to get higher. I expect that eventually you’ll be paying a $1000 because of how it works in those areas, which is terrible. I hope that if you want out of that you get out of it before it gets worse.
My understanding is pricing like in CA came from regulationsmore so than taxes. the building code is so strict and licensing/permits it makes it expensive to build therefore no new properties as places age or something happens to the property, it isn’t replaced. Then they can make rent and prices whatever they want.

That’s why Napa Valley’s housing is so high…so they need to come off of this crap & provide free housing for these workers, so the pay they make can be used for their other living expenses. Most of what they make will be taken home to take care of their families & it won’t be that much, by the time they have to care for all their families, so treat them with dignity & pay for their housing & not shacks either…make their accommodations as nice as you would for any American worker.
