Uganda’s capital Kampala hit by twin suicide bombings: Police

At least three civilians have been killed in a double suicide bombing in the Ugandan capital Kampala. One explosion happened near a checkpoint at the central police station and the second near the Parliament building. Three attackers also died in the blast and Ugandan police said a fourth was arrested and a suicide vest found at his home.
