This is HUGELY ironic because today for our time in civilization we put people in a coffin then we place them in a burial vault topped with a large very jjin the attempt to ward off or just to as it was common for people to steal the newly dead bodies and sale them to university doctors to perform autopsies and teach students about the human body and organs. Beyond that we have laws in place that can put you in jail for 20 years for crimes related to grave robbery. Jump to the otherside we marvel at the somewhat similar process but only when it is tied to archeology, l know it helps to educate and provide information to US who love the history of ancient Egypt. BUT again like I said it’s HUGELY IRONIC and I don’t agree with it on every level.
Ultimately it gives you a time capsule to a time in human civilization that millions of us would love traveling back just to observe it in person and mingle around with early ancestors.
