The editor-in-chief of Russia’s sole independent TV news channel has left the country.
Tikhon Dzyadko of TV Rain (Dozhd) fled Russia after the channel’s website was blocked by government authorities.
It followed a warning for media outlets to stop spreading what Russian communications regulators describe as “false information” about what they call a “special military operation” in Ukraine.
Al Jazeera’s Bernard Smith reports from the Russian capital, Moscow.

When you say “US”, you mean “the US government”. While they may have done so, the *media* in the US was still free to call it whatever they wanted, and they called it a “war”. They showed the bombs.
