In the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv, soldiers and volunteers have built hundreds of checkpoints to protect the city of nearly 4 million, often using sandbags, stacked tires and spiked cables.
Russia does have a significant air force capable of causing serious harm over large areas. But still functioning Ukrainian Air Defence, a surprise to many, continues to contain it.
Kyiv’s Mayor Vitali Klitschko ahave revealed that he is ‘ready to die’ for Ukraine as he defend it against the Russian invasion.
Vitali has also applauded the ‘amazing’ and ‘huge patriotic movement’ from Ukrainians who have stayed to fight the Russians, with ‘old people, doctors and actors’ all taking up arms to create a makeshift army.
Ukraine called the escape routes that lead to Russia or Belarus completely immoral.

– Domestically, this will anger the people of the United States with high gas prices believing that the country cares more about helping people halfway across the globe than at home.
The people of the USA in the end, care more about themselves than Ukranians especially after the Pandemic. Most don’t want or care about foreign involvement and would rather use the money for domestic causes, immigration, voting rights, jobs, economy, education and Healthcare.
We can literally break even and not lose by helping to promote peace by encouraging Ukraine to remain a neutral country and a buffer between NATO and Russia. Or somehow try to “win” the proxy war risking the lives of Ukranians and essentially the lives ON everyone on the planet with WWIII.
