Is the use of ‘super shoes’ by Olympic athletes a form of doping?

For the first time, many track and field athletes would be wearing so-called “super shoes” in Tokyo Olympics to help improve their times.
Critics describe the technology being used as “mechanical doping”, but the sport’s governing body insists no rules are being broken.
