Responsible Dialogue, it would be great if such could happen. Russia has a history of breaking agreements and lies to ukraine. Starting with the 1991 Budapest Agreement all the way to the beginning of the war, when Putin said Russia would not invade Ukraine. Then forces crossed over the Belarusian border toward Kyiv. Do you remember, in 2014, Putin said Russia would not annex Crimea. Then the little green men showed up. So, whatever is said, there is a credibility problem. The ideology of Russia has not changed. They want to annex or have political control, not only ukraine, but all the former Soviet Union areas, in the west. Remember, the media is state controlled.
