Fixing my gut microbiome and taking a greens and collagen drink every morning fixed half the anxiety problems. Meditation and breathwork is the other half I keep neglecting to help keep the negative self talk at bay. But usually when I sleep and the wake up the next day, the anxiety usually subsides by then.
