UN officials have condemned the killings of at least 10 people in Myanmar’s northwestern Sagaing district allegedly perpetrated by government security forces. Eyewitness accounts from the area say more than 100 government troops entered Don Thaw village on December 7, searching for armed fighters from the so-called Peoples Defence Force. Shanghai cancels flights as Typhoon In-Fa lashes eastern China

Two international airports in the Chinese city of Shanghai have cancelled all flights and authorities banned outdoor activities as Typhoon In-Fa lashed eastern China with high winds and heavy rains.
