Royal ancient mummies have been transported through Egypt’s capital of Cairo to their new home, in the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization.
Crowds witnessed the multimillion-dollar spectacle of the 18 kings and four queens making the journey through Cairo in the highly anticipated “Pharoah’s Golden Parade”.
Egypt hopes the event will help resurrect its struggling tourism industry.

From south the GERD and sisi put a deadline for the negotiations to end before it and threatened to use force if no solution was found. So most egyptians are happy with Sisi, if we werent happy we could do a third revoultion after the two in 2011 and 2013 no matter the guns,tanks and bombs used against us.

I see a lot of people say that we shouldnt be so proud of our history and ancestors because we are not the ‘native egyptians’. We as egyptians our ancestors were the ancient egyptians and we are proud of it. Even if some of nowadays egyptians their origin was from other places the history of egypt is now our history, the egyptian culture is now our culture, the ancestors of the egyptians are now OUR anscetors .Egypt in the past was the destination of so many migrations from all over the world because it had so much food and was so successful at agriculture thus allowed the space to build one of the greatest civilizations in the world IF not the greatest. We dont call our people a north african egyptians , arabian egyptians, ‘african’ egyptians, ‘native’ egyptian, chinese egyptians or european egyptians . Who lived on the egyptian land, influenced by the egyptian culture , and most importantly loved the country is as egyptian as the natives no difference between them no matter the difference in color ,origin, religion or culture. And even if its true that the egyptians nowadays are not the natives (and of course I deny that and this is nonsense), we are still proud of the greatest civilization and the kings and the queens of egypt and even if their blood doesnt run in our vein, their love is in our heart.
