A community hospital in a remote corner of southwest Bangladesh has been crowned the best new building in the world.
The Friendship Hospital won the prestigious International Prize from the Royal Institute of British Architects RIBA.

A great design, but at 0:44 there are many air conditioners attached to the building.
That’s the visiting external Doctors temporary resident wing -separated from the Main hospital building, which actually doesn’t have any air conditioning. Because it was a wide shot it appears that way- like connected, I have personally visited the Hospital
