NATO is not afraid of a confrontation with Russia, even with the use of nuclear weapons. These few days proved how weak the Russian army is. If NATO joined the war, Russia would be occupied quite quickly. Over 90% of their nuclear weapons can be neutralized within the first hour of combat. So maybe few nuclear explosions but no nuclear armagedon.

I don’t support Putin’s idea of war. However, I do think Ukraine president should have handled in strategic ways. He should have had 2 plans ready, one plan to defend if Rus attacks, second to prevent/escape from war with negotiations! He stuck with plan A, not B. He tried his best in all possible ways to save his country, but the man has forgotten his civilians. I’m sorry if that’s bitter to say, but when a country follows democracy, every citizen is precious and shouldn’t get harmed, and it’s responsibility of president to save his countrymen first, then dealing with enemy. Another thing is, he clearly knows, he has only one choice left that is to surrender but he knows he will get killed, so he says he will fight till the end, but his people might have gotten survived in Russian rule. It’s not easy to think during war. I am not political expert, but Ukraine president knew NATO won’t approve his requests, he should have thought about other options to halt or extend war as long as possible. Millions are now refugees, Europe will have extra burden of refugees and the world is insecure of WW3. I pray for Ukrainians hope this war ends soon!
