Wait, its like not the entire Philippines was affected. 2 province in our region out of 6. Typhoon brought heavy rains during summer and avoided dry spells. No water, no hand washing which could equate to more covid cases. People also received monetary aid due to the pandemic. The lockdown helped our region with the lowest case to nil covid cases. So its like where doing okay. Resilient as ever.
