Iran’s President Hassan Rouhani has accused Israel of killing a high-ranking Iranian nuclear physicist and said that Tehran would retaliate in its own time. The Azeri army has entered Agdam, a district that has been under Armenian control for almost thirty years. Purdue Pharma, which makes the powerful painkiller, OxyContin, is set to plead guilty to criminal charges as part of an $8.3bn settlement for helping trigger an opioid crisis in the United States.
