Tens of thousands of Thai protesters have been out on the streets for a fourth day, despite police shutting down major roads and public transport in the capital.
A ban on public gatherings and a crackdown on Friday failed to stop protesters, who are demanding new elections and reforms to the monarchy.

The king is using the military to interfere with bourgeois politics (particularly by coups) to get rid of potential threats to the monarchy’s wealth and power. This has been going on since the previous kings reign. On the other hand, the military gains the favor of the king and since the king is “adored” by the citizenry (which is reinforced by constant propaganda that the people love the king) by transference the military gains favor of the citizenry. This is useful come election time when ex military run for office. Many high posts in the bureaucracy are filled with ex military officers. The present prime minister was the leader of the last coup and he got elected in a rigged election that is disputed by the protest. The non-military wealthy elite (like Thanathorn) compete for power and control of the government. All three are part of the Thai ruling class and they have competing interests. All three are against the interest of the working class (the people). For now the protest is being led by youth and students and some from the middle class (so-called petty bourgeois stratum). Their demand is for new elections and reform in the monarchy. This will not improve the lives of the masses in a significant way. The way forward is for the protest to link itself with the interest of the working class and the working class itself should lead the struggle for substantive change in the economic life of the country.

This protesters were supported by political party who want to overthrowing government and monarchy, they losing in selection and make contrary to the selection law, also some people who were political refugee as “Pavin Chachavalpongpun” who trying to make chaos by rudely provoke from outside of our country, libel and undermine his opponent by inducing students and young people in social media. The mobs called themselves as “Who love in democracy “ or “rebel” even “freeman”, but they trying to social bullying the opponent and to bombarded online opponent, they threaten who have different opinion to them. I agree with that Thai king is not perfect, and he different from his father, but Thailand still need monarch, several times in the past our king is intermediary in politics critical, sometimes the king can be helper during country’s disaster.
