He said it cost his nation a billion dollars last year.
Russia’s president congratulated his forces and hailed their efforts to stop what he called a “civil war”.
The head of Wagner, Yevgeny Prigozhin, has landed in the Belarusian capital, Minsk.

In my view Putin is simply stronger his enemies within the government would have taken the opportunity to back Prigozhin and that failed to happen.
