Absolutely amazing!! 😳 God bless them 👍🇺🇲💞
Then why put an American flag 😢😢😂😂😂 come on na😅😅
@Edw BHbecause he is showing his support from the U.S
Thank God 🙏
Good Job
Russia “our planes are death traps due to sanctions but the crash is softer than a normal landing”
it’s a French made Plane if it was a Russian one they would all be dead now
Atleast the Russians can take off there is a clown in New Delhi whose flight is stuck up for 2 days … jackass western leaders … suck sellenskys balls
Makes you wonder how many potholes their runways have
Accident in Russia: The pilots are drunks, sanctions, the landing strip is bad. The accident in the west: a tragedy, it happened, it’s a pity. This is different)))
Spaceballz- how to tell everyone on the internet you’re an idiot without saying it out loud. Congratulations, you played yourself.
Putin 💯💯💯
Bravo kapetane
Thank god 🙏
Nice one
Not enough fuel to Novosibirsk? So its been just a joke all along that F-22 jets could refuel an AirBus midflight🤫🤫🤫
Try to make sense. F-22s are American fighters which can be refuelled in flight. A320s are European passenger jets which can’t be refuelled in flight. What have you been smoking?
Sanctions are effective. Good riddance.
If you are happy from this, let it be. But we proud for our pilots, our country and glad that all people survived 🕊️ despite all your f. sanctions!😜
Нам плевать на вас.
Your parents wasted their money on your education.
Go back to africa black boy
You reap what you sow comrade
If Russia has decent pilots then why was Prigozhin’s midair flight such an inferno of death?
Because Russians are good at murder, though not good at pretending they didn’t do it.
He avoided windows and checked his underwear regularly so they had to try something different.
That was a ‘tragic accident’ very few people talk about it
because an intel agent from a western country planted a bomb
Because they only had 1 wing. Planes need 2.
A STOLEN airplane….with no maintenance crashes
Just Russian things”crash landing was softer than on Tarmac 😏
Is Seberia a Russian state ?
No, just some imaginary region without well-defined borders. But it is in Russia.
Russia does not have states. It has republics and different regions.
It is Russia, and has been for a very long time.
A vast natural and historical region in Northern Asia, bounded on the west by the Ural Mountains, on the east by the watershed ridges separating the basins of the Arctic and Pacific Oceans, on the north by the Arctic Ocean, on the south by the state border of Russia. For the most part, it became part of Russia in the XVI-XVIII centuries and forms its Asian part.
Thank God ….for the successful landing
They are heroes well done 👏👏
Hmm. I smell NATO Sabotage. It’s an AIRBUS. A product made in NATO territory.
I seriously hope you’re kidding 😂
Russian oligarchs 😅😅😂😂
SAME AIRPLANE OF PRIGHOZIN ?
What? Are you joking?
No parts to fix, I never take Russia’s plane.
God bless I love Russia
Not sure I want to fly Urinal Airlines
You won’t black boy don’t worry go back to africa
Thai goes without saying that Russian pilots are the best in the industry.
If they can fly the old Soviet aircraft’s, a new generation airbus should be a piece of cake for them.
Kudos to the crew.
Also story tells us on how lackluster the Russian aviation industry is. Sukhoi & Tupolev are not as great as advertised.😂
As long as they don’t let children in the cockpit, they’ll be fine.
why you are abu bokri and head full of bokri dun
@Ian Homer Puraon the one hand… zing!
On the other, such a tragic event by goofing off.
Bravo Capitano!!! 🇷🇺 🇷🇺🇷🇺
no more spare parts for the stolen planes means more planes falling out of the sky 😂
?? They can make their own plane. MC-21
@Ariana Sogdovna look at this ru-roach and it’s three year old account 🤣. as explained by inside Russia passenger planes need routine maintenance in order to safely function, which doesn’t work out so well when a) you’re using stolen Western planes (airbus/boeing) and b) you’re under sanctions so you can’t get any of those spare parts you desperately need to do maintenance.
lol, there’s more evidence to prove that genetically, most Russians are evil seeing as how they conduct themselves in Ukraine in the most depraved and disgusting manner imaginable. from all the horrific incidents of civilian executions, pow torture/executions, barrier troop executions, civilian missile strikes, the killings/kidnapping of Ukrainian children, the list goes on and on. simply put you, your people, and the god you imagine in your head is the embodiment of evil on earth. humanity should wipe you lot off this planet
Thanks god they survived!!
A write off ….probably! 😊
Strap a few tyres to the wings with some high quality duct tape and she’ll be ready by the morrow! 😂🤣🤣😅😂
Not necessarily. Some work to contruct a temporary “runway” with minimum stabilisation and steel plates. It’s all about cost.
and they said: Russian pilot are poorly training 😊.
Lol they support to do an inspection first before flying..
who else is thinking how they’d get the plane outta there???
Spare parts!
Or they might turn it into a cafe/hotel?
In pieces
They are literally dismantling the plane
NATO is so evil they targeting civilians of Russia. NATO leaders should be booked of War crimes
How much is the Russian government paying you to say that nonsense?
Even if you board the American pride if the heavens are calling there is no escape
So, the plane was a few minutes from landing at Omsk airport when the crew discovered that there was a minor problem with hydraulics due to which the plane might be unable to steer the front wheel, and the captain decided to divert to Novosibirsk airport located 600 km from Omsk because in Novosibirsk the landing strip is longer (3600 m vs 2500 m in Omsk). But 200 km short of Novosibirsk airport (2/3 down the road from Omsk) the plane ran out of fuel, and they had to make an emergency landing in a field.
I am sure it would have been safer to land at Omsk airport. Luckily, all onboard survived, but the plane was written off and dismantled because there was no way to recover it from the field.
Everything in a Russian way: improper technical service, a stupid decision made by a captain (probably, due to lack of training) and not enough fuel in the tanks. This should have happened, sooner or later.
@Ted Antares when the plane was landing for the first time, everything was still working well. when the landing gear was released before landing, the hydraulic system broke down immediately after the landing gear was released. the steering wheel of the front wheel did not work, the flaps worked limited, the reverse of the engines failed. and also the opportunity to remove the chassis has disappeared. the pilots immediately decided to go to the second round to analyze the situation. then we decided to fly to an airport with a longer runway. The chassis was not removed, the malfunction affected them as well. due to the increased fuel consumption several times, due to the untidy landing gear, the pilots decided to land the plane while there is fuel. they saw that the fuel in flight is spent extremely quickly. according to initial calculations, based on a twofold increase in consumption due to the released chassis, there was enough fuel. but the consumption was 3-4 times more than usual.
@hikari Flying landing gears down is 180% penalty, not three times.
I agree with you ,but I think they diverted to Novosibirsk with landing gears down (180% fuel penalty) , the crew declared that they had a “sudden” fuel leak and/or FQIC malfunction which is very suspicious. So why this crew wanted to reach Novosibirsk at all cost? My guess is that this plane had a specific problem with brakes. With spare parts shortage due to sanctions this plane was probably operated with worn brake units unable to slow down an A320 upon landing. If the green hyd is lost , one reverse is lost + spoilers 1&5 and possibly the steering, so below VMCG the aircraft is not controlled laterally. A runway with +1100 meters helps a lot.
@Stabilo31 They could not have flown with gear down because they took FL180 or FL200 (6000 m). At that altitude they could only fly at a cruising speed (or close to it), which is some 850 km/h, with landing gear fully retracted (otherwise they would have destroyed the plane by tremendous drag forces).
So, the plane’s controls were compromised. But they decided to divert to Novosibirsk a minute or two before landing on a 2500 m runway that has a plowed safety strip at the end! With malfunctions like these the crew had to land ASAP, and there was a perfect opportunity for that, but they rejected it! This is unbelievable! I guess, the captain was in some kind of stupor when he made this decision.
@Ted Antares Maximum speed for VLE is 280kts, around 520 km/h, so far from your figures.
For some unknown reasons they choose to divert with L/G down with a 180% fuel penalty. Clear miscalculation from the crew.
Explanation is to be searched on the braking area.
Everything in russia is upside down😂😂😂
No more spare parts, just dont fly those airlines anymore.
Well-done 😊team.congratulations all
Bravo
Wow these are the true heroes of Russia
A recipe to become a Hero of Russia:
1. Do not take enough fuel in Sochi to go to a reserve airport because it’s more expensive there than in Omsk. Also, one more ton of fuel onboard means higher fuel consumption due to added weight. But you was to save $500 for the company
2. Abort landing in Omsk while on approach because the runway is “only” 2500 m long
3. Run out of fuel and land in a field that is 500 m long and destroy the plane in the process
Always destroy the airplane instead of risking losing passengers. Airplane is cheaper.
@Moris Nakus Yes. But landing at Omsk would have been safer. And taking on enough fuel to go to reserve would have been required. So good landing skills but bad decision making and not maybe not even following regulations.
@Valde333 He had no control over the steering nose gear, and no brakes. Overrunning the runway while trying to slow down with only reversers, is no less dangerous than a field landing. They had enough fuel for their reserve, which was in Petropavlovsk, 260km away, but due to the emergency it wasn’t any better than Omsk. Novosibirsk was 600 kilometers, but they would still have had enough fuel if it wasn’t for the weather.
So, no. Great landing skills, adequate decision-making, just terrible luck.
@SeanMirrsen No way is field landing safer than maybe slightly too short of a runway. There should have been some weather information available. And you really shouldn’t decide to fly to where your fuel might just be enough. There was also a lot of good luck on the condition of the field.
That’s why only highly experienced pilots should be at the controls of jetliners. Great work by that captain.
@Timothy Ross Runway too short at Omsk with 2500 meters? Are you serious?
An A320 with one hydraulic down out of three is perfectly flyable and is safe to land on an 2500 meters runway at a 60T landing weight. Even weather was fine with a wind of 17kts from 060 for a landing on runway 07.
If it’s a stupid airport (?) as you said it must be closed.
@Stabilo31 they know better, there was A Reason, I guess.
@Timothy Ross So technically it was better to land in an open field instead of an fully equiped airport with a 2500 meters concrete runway. Funny.
@Stabilo31 it’s not funny, it’s true.
@Timothy Ross According to your messages your knowledge in aviation is some how limited.
Sanctions prevent them from maintaining their Airbus planes.
Few rounds of vodka after!
Looks a lot better than the last Russian plane I seen in a paddock
Seems irresponsible to be flying planes without proper maintenance. Close call. I imagine they will keep flying until there’s a big crash
They are not the ones who maintain aircraft. They are just a pilot..
no spare parts used Chinese copies or repaired by drunken Evans
they are just copying western countries, what are you complaining about?
@Bazlur Rahman m0ron
Only a matter of time before the next Russian plane crash takes place. Russian airlines are unable to access western spare parts or maintenance facilities following the invasion of Ukraine. Next time, it’s unlikely to end so well.
I imagine we will be seeing more close calls caused by a lack of maintenance
this is why you make your own products so sanctions do not affect your country should you dear decided to govern differently than uncle Sam wants.
@Anastasia Bwhat crashes in the usa?
Lack of maintenance? Where u heard that ?NATO media?
@zonachristian9746 from the fact that Airbus is no longer providing spare parts or assisting in maintenance. Also, NATO doesn’t really have media. It’s not like Russia where everything is told by the state. I don’t need a VPN to see news from other countries
@Anastasia B Statistically there is much more “crashes” in Russia. It’s technical and cultural.
Other countries: we are going to sue the air lines.
Russia: the landing was softer than normal airport landing!!! From now we will land on open field and damage the plane.
go to give slave labour in Russia, instead of middle east bukachu
Thanks there are no casualties, the world love and fully behind the Russians.
Thank you for your comment user-fh3oc5ij3s. That is definitely a real username and definitely not a bot 😂
Kudos to the captain!!
It’s a pitty Russians made it
Made what?
Made a bad decision.
Not the first time for this airline to land at the field. It happened four years ago.
Ural “offroad” Airlines )
The number of dumb comments is a fantastic indicator of the intelligence level of the vast majority of the commenters.🤣👍
Good for the pilots. Something they will remember for a long time.
Obviously, Putin didn’t have any enemies on this flight.
Great pilot.👍
spare parts are ending soon and one by one will land somewhere or crash somewhere in Russky Land
Doesn’t mean the maintenance of Russian Airlines should be neglected by inexperienced engineers.
Then they chopped the plane up so they could get it out of the field! Go figure. Hiding the evidence of bad spare parts m b?
No they didn’t lol. It’s still there intact as I’m writing this
Great job by the pilots
This pilot is a real hero and professional
No, poor decision leading to a high risk for all present in this aircraft. Fortunately every body is safe, but they never shoul’d ended up in an open field.
He is a hero
Good bless Russia 🇷🇺 from Canada 🇨🇦
Never travel with russian air line.
Travel only with a russian airline. The pilot with any other airline would’ve crashed the plane and everybody would’ve died. Customer service is utmost superb too.
@Roxanne Babayenne na never
@Roxanne Babayennehow much is the Russian government paying you to say this nonsense?
@JayJay Aviation I don’t get paid. I’ve just been privileged to have traveled with different international airlines and can tell you that by far russian airlines have the best customer service, prettiest uniforms and most experienced pilots, just because they hire former professional military pilots and their hiring is based on experience and not on diversity and affirmative action.
@Roxanne Babayenne in no country is hiring of pilots based on diversity. It’s illegal
it shows how good russian pilots are. this is the 2nd time Ural airlines safely crash land in a field
@mikser storm who said bird’s Haven’t heard anything yet
@mason jonesI agree
A pilot who ends up in an open field while he coul’d have landed in an fully equiped airport is by no means a good pilot.
@Stabilo31 as far as we know the plane ran out of fuel. you have to land where you can land under those circumstances. if they could land at an airport, they would’ve done it. evidently they make it that far.
@Ирина Алферова Why they decided to divert to Novosibirsk? Why they ran out of fuel? The anwers to these questions are crucial. Some bits of explanation are far to explain the rationality of these decisions. If you have more, please share.
Hows the maintenance of your planes going Russia?
Kudoz to the pilots
The wagner leader on that plane sir
hats off to the pilots, true heroes.
Normal people:
Good job, pilot.
Stupid brainwashed people:
Putin, Russians, war..
Creasy world.
To those who rejoice at such an event, I want to say not to, because GOD only knows where and in what country such a situation could also happen. Didn’t civilian planes crash in the USA, Europe or other parts of the world? Or didn’t they make emergency landings? Never? don’t wish harm on another, otherwise it will turn on you. And the pilots are great. Every Russian has it in their genes and instinctively to save humanity.
Спасибо вам!
Absolutely ridiculous statement! Statistically there is more incidents/accidents in Russia than in the western countries. In this very incident the crew made a very poor decision by diverting to Novosibirsk. So far the confusing explanations from the crew does’nt justify a diversion to Novosibirsk.
Miracle in Siberia 💞
Absolutely 💯
Thank’s to the A320.
well done pilot. URAL is best off road!
Poor decision from the crew ended to an open field landing.
Russians pilots are great, glory to these heroes❤
Then why couldn’t the Russian pilot flying Prigozhin save him?
Heroes who lands an airliner in open field instead of an airport. Funny!
do you know the phisics of an airplane?….landing in a soft terrain could be almost impossible fo an airplane of 50.000kg….that was an emergency procedure…….isn’t it?@Stabilo31
@Stabilo31 I think an f*cking Airline-Pilot knows more than you
Great work, save many valuable lives
Should’ve been flying a Russian built plane. Could’ve ridden the planet of more Putin enablers!
So your ideal scenario would be to kill 159 innocent people in a tragic accident because their country’s president is a lunatic? How does that make sense?
THIS SAME ACCIDENT HAPPEND 4 YEARS AGO WITH THE SAME AIRLINE BUT DIFFERENT PLANE
Essentially the same plane but a bit longer
But then there was no technical malfunction. in that emergency landing on the corn field, the cause was birds strike.
They can’t get spare parts from Airbus.
🖕to Russia 🇷🇺.
My brother used to train Aeroflot pilots he said they had good flying skills ,but totally lacked discipline
just like their military pilots.
Any idea who is the pilot? Is it the same pilot who landed on corn field few years ago? or different this time?
another one
Sadly, this won’t be the last aircraft with problems. The sanctions prohibit the parts, too. The solution is obvious: stop the war.
Ask putin
miracle great team work by pilot and crew.
dont fly in russia if want to live
just like everything else in russia…JUNK
Russians don’t need any spare parts for there airplanes, so those sanctions aircraft parts aren’t a problem then, are they?
Excellent work with experience Land in safe it’s worth save passengers life also right time right work❤
Does the plane’s technical difficulties have to do with the sanctions and lack of spare parts?
Possibly
American pilot wouldn’t have been able to land it smoothly.
You’re kidding right? Did you just forget the Hudson landing in 2009?
Sure 😂
Second time in 2 years whats with ural air?
Well done to the pilots – they did an incredible job handling the situation saving not only all the lives but keeping the aircraft intact. I would say this to be an equivalent of another Hudson on the river event!
Look like the sanctions are working one less airbus that the Russians stole
Hero pilot!!
THATS GREAT!!! AND I ALSO REMEMBER THE ONE ON CORNFIELD…
You the team of crews have done a tremendous job by saving passengers lives.👍👍👍
And then in the local news they say “it is not because of lack of spare parts after the sanctions imposed, could have happen with anyone”. Well…
So, lets not hire “woke” pilots. Lets hire the best.
adamlarda ne tarla var
Hats off to Pilot 👨✈️ 👏🏻 , movie 🎥 should be made on him 👍
The father of captain was pilot too and many years ago he landed plane on the field and saved lives as well. ❤❤❤
It’ hereditary in this family.😅
Ural Airlines really like emergency landing on grassy fields
Hat’s off to Airbus technology and reliability..!
I am afraid there are going to be more of these kinds of events in near future. Russia stole the plains of Western carriers and lost access to regular maintenance. They still can service them in Turkey and alike but taking to account the russian additude twords upkeep and overall corruption i fear plains may fall from the skyes.
